Just can say it keep increasing since new CONDO will be finished nearby!I never anticipate it's tougher than last year!

Just to share my experience here.

My son is in P6 at Nan Hua now.
We shifted over to Faber Hill extate about 9 years ago to be within 1 km to the school.
I wrote to volunteer at the school for the first 2 years but only received letters that say we will contact you if your service is needed.
So I have this impression that not easy to be in phase 2B at NHPS as volunteer.

So eventually we went for balloting.
That time all the new condos across AYE were not built yet so the demand for places was not that high.
I remembered it was like 80+ places for over 110 applicants for phase 2C.
Even then only those who stay within 1km was eligible for phase 2C ballot.
My son’s name was picked around the 60+ pick, by then all were getting quite nervous.
Pei Tong was the only alternative then as Clementi Primary also needed balloting for Phase 2C then
