What about Kwanpen? Prima Taste?
Umm… we talking about people or brands huh? -
Funz:
Actually both. When the brand is louder than the people behind it, we publish the brand and show the founder behind it.What about Kwanpen? Prima Taste?

Kwanpen makes expensive handbags which look like Hermes' berkins using croc skins?
I do not know it is a local company, interesting. (added)
Prima founder Cheng Tsang Man was born in China and then started his business in Indonesia. Only later drawn to Singapore by our government's perks for investors.....so can count Prima Taste as uniquely Singapore or not? :? -

Another personality that I am not sure if we can claim credit under Singapore, Liu Kang. He was born in China, lived in Malaysia, trained in Paris and Shanghai. Only later he contributed to Singapore’s art scene and donated over 1000 pieces of art to Singapore Art Museum…, this one like imported talent…
What do you say? -
Funz:
Kwanpen and tiger balm founder,Mr Au, are similar in history. Both of them are born and bred in China. Then with their rich skillset, they migrated to Singapore to grow their next generation's roots and established their brands.

So should David Gan (on page 1) be included?
David Gan was not trained in SG at all? He simply invested a salon in Singapore? If that is the case, I probably have to take him off.... as this is like Liu Kang's case.. imported talent. We put that kind of talent aside for now otherwise the list becomes mega list...
