Hi parents, how are the school hours like? I have forgotten the timings already.

school hours is 7.45am - 1.30pm. But for 2 days, the kids will be dismissed at 2pm.

Oh yah.. someone asked recently about the price of the uniform.
I believe the price for the top is about $9-$12 and the bottom is $10-14? Plus minus ah. The bigger sizes will cost slightly more.
The nametag is $5 for a pack of 6.

Just to update what is happening in the school lately… perhaps to tease those parents whose kids are joining us next year… hehehehehe.


1) Today the school held their first theatre showcase. As an extension of the school’s speech and drama programme, all the kids participated in this showcase. The respective classes performed a scene from the different storybooks. It was about 1-hr show (from 11am to 12noon) and can see that the kids had so much fun and were proud of themselves after the performance. And most importantly, it was great to see so many parents taking time-off from work to support their kids!

2) The school also has recently selected about 32 student leaders (aka prefects) from the current batch of P1 students. And these students had to attend a ‘leadership course’ at Forest Adventure! Now how cool is that!!! Again, the kids had so much fun and learnt so much from this ‘course’.

Ok… thats it for now. More teasers akan datang hopefully… hahahhahahaha.

I wonder since the uniform can be used as pe attire, do the kids change out into another clean set of uniform after pe lesson to continue other lessons for the rest of the day ? By the way any parents know how many pe days do that have in a week? Thanks.

PE is being conducted twice a week this year.

Generally, the kids do not change to a clean/dry set because :

1) The uniform material is like those dri-fit material. Not high quality like Adidas or Nike kind.. but good enough.

2) Fortunately (or rather unfortunately for me), the PE is not like what we used to have during our days. During our time, the teacher will juz give us balls and we will be out running around and getting sweaty and dirty. But the current generation, even PE has to follow some 'syllabus' from MOE. The kids do a lot of exercises to enhance their motor skills, sense of balance, etc. A teacher friend of mine even said that \"to put it bluntly, at the end of Pri 6, the KPI is to make sure all the kids can kick and throw a ball properly because the old structure of PE lessons apparently produce people who can't play ball at all.

So.. for now.. the kids will not get too sweaty and dirty. I'm still waiting for the day my daughter will come home with mud on her uniform coz we are so used to that during her pre-school days.
