Hi Tomyum, I tried to log in to mconline but it indicate no activites. How to I navigate to find out more?

tats strange..after you've log in, on the right column, u will see subjects like maths, chinese, malay, PE etc... you have to click to indivual subject...for example maths, it will come out sub-titles of the maths subjects where you can click on it... there are tutorials, activity.. etc...
yes yes we got it. Think I log in before they upload the activities. My DD was going thru the activities duringthe weekends and she love it!
I Don see any tutorials. Is it only applicable for P2 only?
Kirchoff_liz

true. quite difficult spelling, esp intimidate, humongous! glad I am not the lone parent who feels so! guess what will they give in upcoming terms!

My kid made mistakes on these too. We didn't do any review, actually, so it's partly our fault. But I never expected the list to be that challenging.

Hmmm... I never track MCOnline. I saw just now that my kid has a whole lot of 2013 Tests that were Not Submitted. Seems like all these are supposed to be school tasks. Would school notify parents if there are HW in MCO that needs to be done?

              Hi,

Yes, the school did inform parents via letter whenever there is hw on mconline. In fact, last year, I remembered the school sent out letters for elearning before the commencement of the meet the parent session in May, there was another elearning session during the long psle marking period in October. Recently, there was another letter sent out for this coming elearning day which will coincide with meet the parent session on 31st may 14. I remembered My dd telling me last year that her form teacher reminded the class to login to mconline to do the exercises.

And yes , one more thing, the login information is found on http://www.palmviewpri.moe.edu.sg/wbn/s ... g_info.pdf

I think they posted the info quite a while on the site...as one parent said, login in to your child's account to access the resources, many things inside ,My dd enjoy doing them too esp Maths....

I believe it was about the formation of the PSG (Parents' Support Group).. inviting those who wish to join the exco and also those who wish to volunteer for certain events and activities. Do contact the school if you wish to join in as exco and/or also as volunteers. Understand that the school only invited those who have indicated their interest during the dialogue sessions last year or something.. can't confirm as I did not attend.. only wifey attended and what i gather from her is 3rd party information.

Anyway.. WELCOME BACK TO SCHOOL PARENTS!!!!!

My son told me everydays he went to kick soccer during recess time and his clothes is so dirty…

How come they have football during recess time? I got feedback from Auntie, one group of boys everyday played till so sweaty. After playing they sure will feel tired and cant concentrate in the class.

My boy is one of them. Everyday he comes home with filthy top. I never stopped him from playing soccer as more outdoor activities help to reduce or prevent myopia. As per your concerned whether a child can concentrate in class, tat is very subjective.

Btw, does anyone still have no received their name tags?? I ordered on 05/Nov/2013, till today, I still have not received any of it. Called Jeep Sing, their reply is slow and service sucks!
