深广班 is for students who are doing better in CL. This group of students will expose to more in depth CL. However, it’s not Higher Chinese though.

I don't think you have many choice within Sengkang Area though. My girl is in morningstar. They had just completed some sort of expansion. But, heard from the person-in-charge, they might not be able to take-in new registration as the waitlist is very long. Good luck!
