Do you guys think we’ll need to ballot if I enroll my girl for RVPS? We do stay within 1km. My wife is more incline to RVPS due to their academic results. I’m assure of a secure place in Zhengde that needs no balloting since we’re also within 1km.

In terms of convenience, Zhengde is only couple of stops away. (We’re staying close to Tiong Bahru Market) We do intend to register on the 3rd day.
