      Yes you are correct. I know 5 parents in phase 2B and 8 parents in phase 2C purposely rent an apartment within the 1km just to increase the chance. Out of these, I know some of them truly. :censored:

        Looks like even getting a place within 1 km is no guarantee. So got to move up 1 phase by getting your child adopted by alumni or with kids in the same school lol !!!

            Everyone try hard to bit the system! In the years to come, it’s even more challenging if MOE does not revise the process. It’s really tiring !

                  I was very fortunate to be one of the last few names to be called at acsj. It was really a very stressful Experience. Hope the rest of he mummies got through too.
