2A (2): will know this Friday evening

at end of 2A(1): Total 130 seats taken. (48.2 % gone)

difference: 2012 higher, by 6.7 %.

i called rvps they said they took in 50 pvs, so does it mean in phase 2b also have to ballot…i hope nt…
