Comparing Math Enrichment Programmes

Do check your PM! :celebrate:

I'm new in this forum and find the people here really informative. This is my cents worth. You may also like to checkout http://www.primarymath.com.sg. I moved my P4 son from MPM to this centre at Parkway Centre. Reason being I find MPM not very relevant to SG syllabus for primary schools.

Hi parents,
Any feedback on both of these centres? Which is better? -

Hi, I also plan to send my DD to onsponge tuition. Actually, I have been buying Andrew Er's assesment books since P1 (now she is P5). However, lately, I realise that Onsponge focus a lot on Heuristics solving, which is very relevant to what they are learning now. Thus, i decide to let her try it out at Onsponge. Hopefully, it helps. She is also going for the 1 day workshop in March holidays... :lol:Hi parents,

I would also recommend onsponge. Onsponge materials seem better (they are put according to the types of questions - same type in one category so its more systematic and I find their questions more challenging.

I agree, grouping questions of the same type together helps learning math. My son attend a Math centre in Marine Parade called JEI. They also group questions by topic and type.

Hi
Which is good? Any comments? -
All 3 have different aspect of Maths leh.....how to compare? :?
-
Different aspects?? Can explain? Sorry…
Hmm but which is better to stimulate a child’s mind? -
I suppose your child is pre-school.
If so, I would think both CMA and MPM is ok to stimulate the brain. Not sure about Math hub.
