Hi ,does anyone have any reviews of The Learning Lab? I am scouting for math enrichment for my 5 year old. Am contemplating between MPM vs The Learning Lab.

My only concern of MPM is the kids are made to do worksheets with facilitators walking around to check on them. I am not convinced that a facilitator is like a teacher who is able to explain math concepts well.

When ds was 2 years old, we enrolled him in Shichida which is also facilitator based. The only difference was the parents were the ones making the effort to encourage the child. Facilitator just did her part of "facilitating" the class.
Another problem of centres using facilitators was the high turnover rate.

Hence , I am currently swaying towards The Learning Lab.Anyone has any reviews on it?

              Dear parents

May I gather some feedback on the 3 Math enrichment centers from you as I m planning to send my girl to either one of them next year for P3 Math but do not know which one is better, hence has been undecided for quite some time.

              Thank you.

Hi @little prince, my DD has been with Learning Lab Junior for close to one year now, for both Math and English. From what I see, the materials are very good and what keeps me a supporter is that my DD is looking forward to her classes every week! She loves the teachers there, and I’ve to say the teachers all make an effort to update me on my DD’s progress regularly. They are very professional and on top of things.

My nephew’s enjoying his P2 classes there too, my sis has been telling me his grades have gone up for his recent SA1. hope this helps…

Thanks for the feedback! I have also signed up learning lab and ds has gone for a few classes. So far so good, he seems to enjoy it. Not much home work also.
