Sometimes, you might be able to find good enrichment program by not so established centres. It actually depends on the students and the teachers. The Math Enrichment programs supposed to be fun, engaging, and yet challenging in a manageable ways. So going with the masses, might not help you. So look and ask around, you might find a suitable and reasonably priced one.

Totally agree! Sometimes small centres that are starting out may have amazing teachers.

        Hi

May I ask has anyone tried Concept Math enrichment centre ? Looking for challenging math enrichment center for my P4 but not keen on Learning Lab
I know a few friends whose kids were there. While they have a lot of testimonials but my few friends all stopped sending their kids after a few terms as they either did not see improvement or felt the classes became too big. The feedback I heard was it was not challenging kind of enrichment centre but more to build foundation? But if kids are already weak then a big class is no different from going to school remedial lessons, no?

any centres have good holiday prog for upper primary? pls recommend thx

Hi, heard from my neighbour that my dd's ex tutor is having crash course during the holiday. If you are interested, you can drop her a message at 93989072 (Miss Goh). Think she has been teaching for 6+ years at the moment, but she only teaches in Jurong West I think.

Anyone who wants to homeschool 3G abacus and wishes to have the material, pls PM me. I have the introductory books (2-3books?) and the abacus to let go at a reasonable fee. Will throw in additional mental math(2-3?) books and flashcards from ibrain. All pencil-written but gives you an idea how to guide your child. I have moved my kid to CMA. Those who need more info/referral can PM me as well. I will try my best to provide an overall view of each course.
