Hihi can ask if anyone has child p4 this year going to ConceptMaths and willing to sell materials? We can’t afford to travel too far. So thought of buying the materials and teaching ds myself. Thks

My daughter attended math classes at TTL. I have seen a significant improvement in her skill level as well as in her confidence in math. I appreciate the very thoughtful curriculum that supports what she is learning in school and she enjoy the support and engaging style of teaching. She said it was challenging and she gives it 5 stars!! The joy and passion that bring to the classroom is wonderful and my daughter looks forward to class each week!

Hi Janet32, may I know which centre is she enrolled in? I'm looking at Seletar Mall, but heard some people say the better teachers are at other locations.

If u are looking for individual tuition i would like to recommend my daughters tutor, Ms Janel… She is amazing!


highly recommend Ms Janel tan as an educational tutor. Our two children have worked with Janel and really benefited.

Our P5 daughter has gained academic skills, particularly in math and science, during her 1 year of enrichment tutoring with Janel. She has enjoyed her weekly sessions and benefited from her one on one relationship with Janel.

Our Psle daughter did extremely well for her prelim not long ago giving her great confident in her maths and science. Its her first time getting A* for her maths and she also gotten 75% for science we were happy as well as she normally gets 60 or borderline previously. My sister son who has ADHD worked with Janel on sharpening his math skills during his sixth grade year in International school also improved greatly.

Janel is an extraordinary educator. She forms a positive relationship with her students to help them round out their academic skills and build their determination to succeed. She is also playful and kind. Students trust her.

I have recommended Janel as a tutor to over a dozen different parents. Each has had a different concern for their child’s enrichment, but all have great praise for Lisa.

Tutoring is a super way to round out a child’s education and assure that kids learn what they need to succeed. We have tried Kumon and even learning lab…It was dull and repetitive either that or in small groups that we find it not focus enough. We have also tried home school supplements. This was overwhelming for us as parents. Janel is the perfect match for us after many tutors or tuition option previously Her tutoring is in harmony with our children and our family. It is customized to the child’s needs and parents’ concerns.

My daughter really hated math since primary school. So when she went to sec 1, I engaged a tutor, Miss Chua, to help her and she improved tremendously. Now she is going sec 3 next year and is going to take A math! Recently, her tutor has started a math learning centre at Kovan. She gives out really good and nice notes to students. My daughter loves the notes and said that it gives her useful tips (not found in textbooks) to revise. I am sharing this to help her as well as for fellow mummies here who are worry about your kids. This is because as a parent I know how it feels and I hope that good tutors can be recognised.
