To give some context to my recommendation. ...
Thank you for your feedback! I'm sure it will be helpful for other parents in similar situations. Is your kid in the GEP programme?

Hi, my daughter is currently in P4 and is considered HA for Math. Any enrichment center or private tutor that can teach her math at a higher / advance level? (Preferably town or somewhere North - East)

I have enquired with Nicklebee, but their fees are way out of what we can afford.

          Thank You!

            Hi,
may I have some good recommendations for math primary 4 tutoring either online, 1 on 1 or small group in the east. We lived in Bedok. My dd dip in scores nowadays compared to her past years' grades. She is with TLL since P1. TLL is strong at lesson materials providing but the constant change of teachers is stressing her out. High teacher turnover rate at the centre with inexperienced teachers turn-taking to cover for my dd’s class in TLL. I’m at my wits end, don’t know how to help her. Appreciate your help.
            Thank you in advance
            Hi Peenutz_d,

I'm also located in bedok area and my DD is also P4. Am wondering if you had any good math tutor recommendation received that you can share with me? My DD isn't doing well so am looking for options.

Thanks in advance for sharing! 😊

I don't know about the fees from Nicklebee, but you have to decide what is the fees that you are comfortable with. If you are looking for Math Olympiad training, you might be looking at $50/hr or more.

So it really depends on the objective.

Another way is to get assessment books (with higher level) and let your kid practice. Look for those with detail solution and explanations if you kid is a self-learner.

Can try Edify: Math & Science near Kovan. They are a small team of ex-MOE teachers/ PSLE markers. Good tutors, small class size and reasonable pricing. Most importantly my kids enjoy the lesson there

Hello iwork, sorry not a regular visitor to this forum.
Nicklebee is charging $125/hr per student with max 4 students in the group. It's a 2hrs class, so each lesson is $250. :siam:

I have signed my girl up with Ammiel Wan Academy HA class (after reading some feedback from this forum). So far so good, although class size definitely bigger, she is enjoying. :rahrah:

NickleBee GEP preparatory class same price $125/hr? Or more expensive?

My friends messaged NickleBee Tutors want to join their math olympiad classes but mostly FULL! Must join waitlist!

Even the NickleBee mainstream classes also very popular.

NickleBee Tutors not cheap but so many students enrolled at their outlets.

How much is the Ammiel Wan Academy HA class? Is Ammiel Wan teaching? Need join waitlist?
