TNS is finally going single session next yr. One of the very last few schools to do so, I think.

        Hi Mom

I am New here. my child is entering tao nan next yr 2017, and i was told by the student care that hey have only 30seats available.
which meant i have to look for the other student care outside the school compound, but did school any any school bus service to bedok area and how is the charges like?
do anyone have any good recommendation for the student care to introduce at bedok area?
        thanks for sharing

We also stay at Bedok. I checked with Hot Shotz and Masterhand last time. Masterhand had vacancies at that time and Hot Shotz eventually had one a few months later. Hot Shotz is one street away from Tao Nan and has their own shuttle bus service to send kids to Bedok at around 6:30 pm. If timing is not an issue to you, you should check it out. But we chose to stay at the previous student care centre at Bedok and use the school's own shuttle bus service to get back to Bedok.

For school bus, check out http://www.taonan.moe.edu.sg/about_us/vendors.html for the contact of the shuttle bus provider to Bedok, Mr Poo. We managed to negotiate him to agree to go a little bit further to send my son to Bedok North. πŸ˜„

            Hi Cais

Thank you so much for your kind help on the information.

i have call hot shotz and their fee is $500/month and its near to TNS but the fee is quite expensive to me but its good that they do pick up the student from the school.

for the masterhand are located in East coast road and their fee is $400/mth and $60 food per month but we have arrange school shuttle to their center.

i was looking at the little professio and pro-teach student in bedok but i have arrange the school from school to their center but do you have any idea how much is the charges for the bus to bedok?

                Hi Parents,

I heard there are usually 2 top classes in the mainstream. May I know what is the selection criteria? Does it go by the average of the four subjects at the end of the school year. If so, what is the minimum score to get into the good classes, above 85 or 90? or even higher? πŸ˜“ Thx in adv. :thankyou:

Most probably the TOP 80 students ranked based on their total score for all 4 subjects.
