Gee… thanks… all very good advice…
Anyway, mine entered under phase 2C having failed in 2b. -
That's really good to hear that they can wear their PE attire! We entered in phase 2A1 (alumni)

Seems like most of the children here in P1E are boys!
Btw, you can start getting the textbooks now from the book shop. I already got mine yesterday. It was advised by another parent to get it before orientation cos there's gg to be a long queue then. But do note that there are a few books that are not available. So will still have to return in Dec to pick up the remaining books... -
Hi all P1 parents,
Does that mean we get the booklist directly from bookshop and buy on the spot?
Where in the school is the bookshop located? Can we also get the uniform already? -
The booklist is available at the bookshop too. It is located within the canteen. The bookshop is open for many days during the holidays too, so no worries…there’s usually no queue during the weekdays…
Pls check the House your child is in before buying pe attire. The list should be available on the notice board just outside the bookshop… Currently, it is still the 2011 list…you should see the new list on Saturday. -
Hi…wondering if any parents can help. Someone told me that if your child does well, they will receive funds from Edusave. But if your child is P1 and does well, there is a cut-off requirement that monthly household income cannot exceed $4,000. Is this true? This is not fair also coz I thought the reward should be based on child’s efforts and not household income. Anyone can help?

hi Starrenee
You will receive a letter from MOE if your child is in the top 25% of the cohort. However, you will not receive any money if your household income exceed $4000. Thus I guess many families will not qualify for the funds, just recognition that your child does quite well. -
Thanks for your reply! It's not very fair since I believe the child should be rewarded based on their efforts, not household income. Any kiasu parents working in MOE that can protest on our behalf?
