We are not hokkien clan, and we are not living 1km near Tao Nan. Any possible / changes to enroll my kids to this school? My girl born in year 2008.

Last few years, those living within 1km had to ballot in Phase 2B and 2C for the vacancies. You have next to zero chance of even a shot at the balloting if you are not within 1 km unless there is some drastic change.

In my humble opinion, you can move to within 1 km of the school and volunteer for PV/Grassroots in order to have a shot. Time is on your side since your girl is registering only in 2014.

not even to Serangoon.

i think those HDB flats in Marine parade must be very ex !
