Too light and too thin. Several Twitter users complained that the iPhone 5 was too thin and light, describing it as \"flimsy\" and did not feel as solid as previous versions of the phone.

      :skeptical:

      They want this instead???

I can only get my hands on it end year to Jan because of my contract… but is it harder to hold as compared to Samsung Galaxy S3? Because I haven’t entirely decided which to go with…

It’s easier than the S3 cos I have small hands. Slimmer and lighter.

Other than the map and I cannot download co. email as it is not fully tested yet and the communication wasn't clear :stompfeet:

I personally find that there is not much diff between iphone 4 and iphone 5. I didn't feel like I am using a new phone. I wasn't happy with my iphone 4 as I felt that the camera is not as good as it used to be.

I used to read about Apple supporters ppl complaining that the S3 feels too light, plasticky and cheap. But looks like the iPhone now is light, feels like a toy eh. But not cheap 😛 😛

Forgive me if I am mistaken, but the new iphone 5 possess the retina display technology which 4s doesn't? Wouldn't the photos taken look equally good, if not better?

I am an apple dinosaur, till date I don't even have an apple device. Guess i have to get a Mac or something if I am to start coding apple apps.

                Peace.

I was using a iphone 4 and pics used to be beautiful (from layman perspective). However when I compared the output with my dh's iphone 4s, the picture I took with my iphone 4 sucks....

I haven't tried but iphone 5 is supposed to be better I think.

Read somewhere that people are complaining it is so light, it feels like a toy in their hands.

Heavy also complain, light also complain. Well, consumers are so hard to please.

NEW YORK: Apple apologized on Friday for its glitch-ridden maps application in its new operating system used by the iPhone 5 and urged customers to use rival programs while improvements are made.

\"At Apple, we strive to make world-class products that deliver the best experience possible to our customers. With the launch of our new Maps last week, we fell short on this commitment,\" chief executive Tim Cook said in an open letter.

\"We are extremely sorry for the frustration this has caused our customers and we are doing everything we can to make Maps better.\"......

Wow just saw your make over avatar... Pretty lah.
No worries about the maps feature you can download others to use singspore maps for navigation.
And I am confident apple will rectify the maps issue by releasing an update soon.

Congrats on your new iPhone 5.
