I did not find any link icon either. Understand from PA that those eligible for phase 2B registration are for members from CCC,CCMC,RC & NC only. I was shocked. After servicing the community for more than 5yrs, we falls under the \"not eligible\" category. FURY!

No such option under online services. Maybe only those who are eligible will be presented with such option (MOE P1 exercise)?

then in GRC with unpopular schools, nobody want to volunteer.
