I have problem login to grassrootconnect, it shows user invalid. CM says new term is still pending approval by advisor.
Does anyone have this problem? It’s only 2 weeks left to cutoff date.

This kind of problem is call CM to help you to solve one ma...

Not like we are the admin/ IT to that portal.

It doesn’t takes a PhD to understand that this forum do not have the admin rights to the portal.

What am trying to ask if the situation I’m in is the norm, or more than meets the eye .
And if anyone else is facing the same problem.

I think portal and new term is separate thing. Portal uses Singpass to login so shouldn’t have issue. Have you logon before? Try forgot password?

I’m using Singpass, not password issue. Previously I don’t have problem login.

Well my 2 years term is due for renewal since 1st Apr. I guess due to the CB, things are being delayed, till now still no confirmation of new term as office bearer.
I tried contacting the portal help desk, and was told that my new term is not in force and hence reflected as invalid user. This has been since Apr and I’m getting anxious as deadline is 2 weeks away. CM doesn’t help.

Call up your PA staff who looks after your GRO. Also I think there is a number to call within the p1 registration link/application guide.

Finally I understood you:
I just check again and current service is 2018 May to _________ (there is no end date )
and there is no 2020 May start date too.
