There may be parents who are securing place first but has another school in mind which is neared to home...etc..

Like RRMummy said, there may be parents who will withdraw from CHS if they can find some other school nearer home in P2B or P2C! 25 who registered this morning were outside 2km, right? All's not lost, good luck!

Cheer up… at least you have SJIJ, there are many people out there within 1km of CHS not having even a second choice. Stay hopeful, maybe all the old boys came already

I am very demoralised as well. My son is also a baptised catholic. There is even a chance there won't be a 2B. Called the school. The lady at the end told me that there is no one who will withdraw their child (as far as she can remember). So advise us to look for another school. 2B + within 1km + lowest birth rate = cannot even get to balloting? That will be so sad.


Anyway, I notice that there is a lot of boys being born in 2004. I wonder if that it contributing to the case.

We are currently looking at Maris Stella (another Catholic school) but that will be more than 2km. Not so convenient to send our son to the school. Sigh.
