Oh dear, tat means my silly boy did not hand in his bk aft Ting Xie…

Taurbear, did teacher Huang mention anything on those dates??

Was thinking,it ll be great if all teachers could send text to all parents important messages like wat we received everyday <ADV>, perhaps for the 1st term, the kids should be more steady by then. Moreover, they were still in K2 wks ago!

As for canteen, really must pressurized sch to take action! It’s a real big issue! From expiry drinks to uncooked food, wat’s next!! I dun think those canteen aunties will give these to their children!!

Dear parents of primary 1: acc to my Ds Chinese is from 1.5 to 1.7. So does that means that 1.5 is the best class of the three? Anyone know the difference between the class?

Like that wouldn’t the teacher have no life? I really don’t expect the teachers to go to this extent. An unhappy teacher will not be able to teach effectively. I’m actually happy that my ds doesn’t have any homework except maths once a week. Lol. There will be a PTM in march so u will be able to find out your child’s progress then. Does it really matter if we know or not know what is being taught? I think a term summary of what was covered is sufficient. No need daily update.

So far my son’s teachers have been very prompt in replying SMS and email to me. I think they are really dedicated. I once ‘talked’ to his form teacher till midnight! Even late at 10pm+, after her children slept, she had to mark the sch work. We must bear in mind that they have their own family too and so we must be reasonable in our expectations.

Btw, my friend’s son is in Peiqun Pri one. She isn’t very happy about the extent of hw they have. He has hw everyday! Do hw till 1030pm everyday. And hw for every subject. Do u really want to do that to our children? Learning should be a joy.
