My son is going to P1 next yr but not to this school. Some of his K2 frens will be going to Aitong and he has asked me if he could transfer. I’m just wondering, would it help for me to get Hokkien Huay Kwan membership to increase his chances of transfer?

Any advice is appreciated.

After the initial school selection is done, I don't think having the HHK membership helps any longer. You shd be looking at talent/special skills or good academic results for chances of transfer in relatively popular schools.

My girl just started P1 in Ai Tong and I’m thinking of catering a direct transport for ~4 kids staying in Pasir Ris ( PM session) so that the time spent travelling is reduced.

For my case, yes. We did PV at ATS to qualify for Phase 2B but ballot unsuccessful. My girl finally got in via waiting list.
