Hi all, I’m Edwin Lim and I staying at Dawson rd. I wish to enroll my daughter to CHIJ (Kellock) in 3 years time. Unfortunately my wife is not alumni. Can u kindly advise how to enhance my eldest girl’s chances to get enrolled?

Looking at enrolling my daughter into CHIJ Kellock due to proximity (1-2 km) which I believe is the 2C scheme. School is undergoing renovation right now and anyone know if they will be ready for P1 intake next year?

Still facing the dilemma of RMPS and CHIJ here. :rotflmao:

Hi Mummies & Daddies,

I am planning to enroll my daughter for CHIJ next year. However I am still thinking what are the Pro’s and Con’s of studying in a 100% girls school ? In reality once they grow up they have to be in a society with boys and girls, so wondering if she studies in a girls school, will she be comfortable in the future to interact with the opposite sex.
Any experiences you can share ?

As CHIJ Kellock is moving back to it’s original site (btw does anyone know exactly where it is?) in Jan 2019, how does this affect the P1 registration for those registering this year? Do they base the home distance on existing location i.e. Queenstown or would it be based on the new site address?

dilemma at the moment, for P1 next year, my DD can enroll for HPSS under phase 2A(1). We stayed along Cantonment Road so due to the distance of the HPSS compares to CHIJ Kellocks we are thinking of sending her to the latter. However the latter would mean enrolling at phase 2C and we may end up missing on both if we fail at phase 2C.
Thinking of getting the low hanging fruit first by gg for HPSS and then enrolling her in Kellocks but thinking that maybe too disruptive her her.
Any advice ?
