Hi Vividlaurel and other Beacon Primary Parents,

You mention T2/3 will cover swimming and Wushu, are these activities assigned or you can choose from a list. And where would they do their swimming class? Do keep this thread active, as a potential parent to send my kid to Beacon next year - this really help with all these updates and feedback. Thanks!javascript:emoticon('8)') 😄

        Hi mummypumpkin,

I am not too sure about the other classes, but for P1, they have swimming in T2 for 4 classes and I guess the other 4 classes will be doing Wushu which gets reversed in T3. Maybe as they grow up, they will have a list of CCAs for the children to choose from. Last year they went to Bt. Batok swimming pool for their swimming lessons, hopefully it'll be the same this year too. We'll keep you updated as the year goes on and we know more. How old is your child - I mean when will he/she be in P1?

        Hope this helps.

          Hi,

My girl’s gotten the above-mentioned leaflet from the school.

Anyone has been to the holiday camps before or intend to send your kid to it during this Mar holiday?

I could not find any info relating to it locally. Wonder if they’re new…

Nope, nothing from dd and ds yesterday. Will go home and check. But do you think P1 can do cartooning? dd loves to to draw and colour, but am thinking if at this age it will be worth it for her? What do you think?

                        Hi Spitzcookie,

Yes, I did finally get the leaflet. But no, I won't be sending them to the camp as we will be shifting house that week - thought if it was in school, can try! What about you?
