My kids are currently learning swimming from a private instructor, so far so gd. At least my girl's not so afraid of water anymore. Used to be a chore just washing her hair.

Any idea what time's the orientation on 21 Nov?

Classes that my kids go to are: Swimming, Taekwando, CMA & Lollipop (art sch). CMA's the only academic-related sch that they go to. Just want them to enjoy themselves with non academic-related stuff b4 they start primary one, when they will be loaded with homework & classes

No idea about the time. The letter I got was the second part of the form submitted. If I remember last year, everyone got a proper letter for Orientation with the class and all. Last year's orientation was in the morning - 8:30 or 9 starting and went on till noon I think.

What letter??? I am blur as toad about this whole registration thingy.

All I can remember that I brought back the pink copy of the registration form, with the 1st box ticked (stating within 1 kM).

Am I suppose to be in school today for the balloting??? I did not go. Aiya, STRESSFUL lei!!!!

Please kindly update when u receive yr letter so that I can check then if I receive or not. Thks.....................

Balloting is for 1-2 km only. I guess they will send you the confirmation slip once balloting is over today. The letter regarding orientation and class will be sent later I believe.

Did you get to know the class your kid will be in? Last year when I volunteered at the Orientation, all the parents came with a different letter than the one I got initially which also mentioned the class the child would be in since orientation was on the basis of class - the form filling etc.

A few days back,I received a letter from Beacon confirming the place…and the orientation date…Its the yellow copy of the form my hubby filled in on registration. No class stated too…I’m looking forward to the orientation day and also getting my son ready for pri 1…

Yeah this also what I received. Guess the other letter will follow, after all there is still loads of time till the Orientation.
