Thanks. Maybe you got tips for me on surviving Primary 1 at HPPS. How's the workload?
My DS has zero enrichment classes. His only extra activities are swimming and piano. I don't want to stress him out too young but wonder if he can cope with all his enriched peers.
Then again, I will help him with his homework of course but I've two other monkeys younger than him that also need my attention so have my work cut out.
Anyway, still on Cloud 9 now after the nightmare that is P1 Registration. :please:
Will worry about the rest later...

Hi,
Understand that HPPS will be relocating to the (Former Raffles Junior College), from Jan 2012 to Jun 2013 due to upgrading, during this time, will the P1 & P2 still in pm session? I suppose all P1-6 students will relocate until Jun 2013?
Can anyone tell me whatβs the school hours for pm session? -

Mummyo,
Yeah itβs time to party for now.
Workload is pretty ok , compared to other schools I would even say less.
Which is what I personally like.
Dun worry about p1 preparedness. My advise is focus on the emotionals and other skills - u know handling things by himself, canteen etc. For academics , if check with his u2 teachers - if he can read and comprehend , other things will fall in place.
Lot more in this forum - my advice choose what is suitable for your child and you - donβt over stress.
After all they are just 6+ , lower pri at least they should enjoy⦠-

Thanks Sun_2010. Do you know if P1 & P2 have any CCA or need to go to school earlier for any programs?
