Normally, for P3s, when will the offer letter for META be out? I guess they need to confirm kids who are joining GEP & META before they proceed with allocating classes for the remaining P3s?

Few years ago, the announcement was made by form teacher during year end MTP ( classroom session). Reason was that the inf fm MOE reg the top 1.5-5% came later than the GEP list. Parents were then invited for talk during the 1st sch holiday wk n needed to opt in/out.

I heard that some kids were asked to do a Math Test for the META selection. Are there also kids who were offered META automatically?

There is a briefing this Wed and the forms (opt in/out) must be submitted this Friday.
The 4 HA are sitting for a Math test today for the selection of Math talent prog.

DD said it's compulsory for the 4 HA classes. Her tr said that. However, the kids were given the consent forms. Not sure abt the other classes.
This programme is meant to groom the Math talents. Jointly organized by the Singapore Mathematical Society and Edventure. It's FOC.

Not sure what u mean by hypy name. For the tag, if the name is not too long, you can put for e.g.
Chloe Tan Mei Ling or you can put Chloe Tan.

if you want to wrap the books, you can buy the cover.

yes, exercise books have ny logo etc. You need to buy from school.

2015 P1s are using new Chinese textbooks. So the character cards that we were talking about earlier may not be applicable anymore. I do not know what is this \"huan le huo ban\".
