      hello, all…

i called school & they said swimming is compulsory for all P2s…
even if the child already has attained bronze, silver, etc…
transportation is a real headache as I already spoke to my child’s
bus transporter & it really is a lot of hassle…sigh.

        Dear baby2momma:

I am so so so so glad to see you again in this thread. How come you disappear in the past few months? how are you ?
Understand that the P2 swimming is complusory but the Parent Notification stated that children can take the lesson outside the school?

really? the child can take the lesson outside school?
then probably i will let my child miss it since he already has bronze...
initially i wanted him to go coz let him enjoy swimming lessons with his classmates & also as a form of exercise but after speaking to the transporter,
          i m totally confused too....

but i called dls & they said whole class/cohort must attend le unless very special reasons....

Ai yo ! my baby already 6 months and you had disappeared at least 6 months already.

Yup! the parent notification still with me and very clear stated that if the child already attending swimming lessons outside school or has obtained bronze, silver or gold certificate then no need to join.

              who's looking after? nanny?

ok, since if the PN says so, I will clarify with his form teacher again & will then not let my child attend the swimming classes since the transporter & school do not seem to be in line with each other. Tks Anna & u hv pm too!

Just had the PTM. It was good. I can see that the teachers seem keen to give feedback and it shows that they care for the students.

Hope all P 1 students enjoy your outing on Thurs and Fri. Pray the whether is good 😄

There were a number of MT teacher on Sick Leave during the PTM. At first, we went to the classroom, we were told that the MT teacher was in the hall. After went to the hall, then we were told that that actually in the AVA room, after went round the whole school, and saw the list on the outside AVA room written she was on sick leave!!! My goodness!!! Are we playing treasure hunt in the school!!!

                        Hi all,

My boys are currently taking bus 7 to school. The school hour starts at 7:45am but the bus come at 6:15am to pick them up. My boys have to wake up 5 plus to prepare. My P5 is still alright with it but for my P2, he is really feeling super tired and no mood to go to school every morning. Is the bus picking them up too early?
                        Anyone have the same problem?
