my boy was transferred from kranji pri to unity pri on 06 july.. he's in 1G. he's happy that he can see some of his kindergarten frds there.. i tink he noes ur gal...got diary? but the booklist which the unity pri gave me doesnt hv the diary so i didnt buy..

but i noticed that unity pri is abit slower as in kranji already started on maths activity book 1B part 1 but unity has yet to start.. n they do nothing during lessons.. they do some reading some drawing... english even worse..my son said unity pri english is so easy as compared to kranji pri.

in unity pri, they r still doing chinese spelling for those taught in book 1a which shld hv already been tested on before the june holidays...

i transferred him becoz is nearer to where we stay.. plus i hv a younger child attending p1 in yr 2012... now m not sure if is the rite thing to transfer him..

Yes, my girl knows your boy. The first day when he transfer there, my girl told me, they used to take the same school bus.

If I remember correctly, the diary is given out by teacher. Let me go back and check first and let you know.

As for the lesson progress. I think it depends on the school teacher.
As for her chinese lesson, in end of last term they have already started the 2nd book. I am not sure after she change the chinese class, to \"Ye La Shi\", last term was \"Fu Lao Shi\". Which chinese class is your son in? For Maths I think it is on par. They have quite a lot of extra maths papers to complete other than those on the text book. How about Kranji?

Don't worry, I think Unity is a good school. The most important factor is that it is so near to our home, and this save us a lot of trouble and also will benefit our younger one, rite?

one more reason i took him out of kranji is tat he seem to always kena bullied, b it in the school or the bus…
for the past few days he is in unity, i didnt hear of ppl disturbing him. TOUCHWOOD! hopefully he wont get bullied…

I check the book list, the diary is not in the list. If I remember correctly. It should be given by the school. You can email to the form teacher too.

BTW, if you subscribed to \"hao peng you\" in Kranji, you can contact the publisher to transfer it to Unity. Unity also use it during lesson. If you need I can give you the contact.
