I managed to check with Haig Girls’ ; they use a cut off point of 188 for their statistics on their website indicating those girls eligible for Express Stream or Normal Academic.
Another nearby school indicate on their website % of students eligible for Express Stream (without Normal Academic) & therefore use a cut off point of 200. Hope that helps any parents out there ! -

There's no detail breakdown, the following are the info available extracted from http://www.haiggirls.moe.edu.sg/qql/slot/u240/Our%20Partners/Parents/Notifications/Term%201%20Notification%20&%20Calendar%20of%20Events.pdf
About 13% of the pupils were offered places via Direct School Admission (DSA) at secondary schools such as Dunman High School, Methodist Girls School, Paya Lebar Methodist Girls Secondary, Raffles Girls School, School of the Arts, School of Science & Technology, Singapore Chinese Girls’ School, Tanjong Katong Girls’ School and Temasek Junior College. -
