Hi, how's the student care? Anyone's kids there? Does the centre coach them homework and spelling? My child is currently in Joy Connection and I'm thinking of transferring her.

The school-based student care centre (SCC) in XMP should be open in 2017- Nonetheless NO SCC is supposed to conduct coaching or tuition- as MOE is very firm on this- it's a student care centre not a tuition centre. Schools must ensure the SCCs are run within the parameters. That's what I can gather from other schools with SCCs in operation. If you insist on your child being coached it's better to place your child in an external student care centre.

It's a specially requested cotton-polyester blend and it's good quality- supplied by Jeep Sing Fashion. Material is durable, doesn't get fluffy after repeated washes, quite cooling and doesn't really require ironing is hanged dry.

My daughter is getting a transfer to Xinmin Primary (class P4) from Term 3 as we moved near to this school. Currently she is in rivervale primary. Any P4 xinmin moms here who can help me with the syllabus covered so that I can identify the gaps and prepare my daughter during June holidays?

yes, i suspect the drop in registration for 2b probably because of this news was released during the same week. but i am not concern as this is an isolated case. other schools happen too... however i am still torn between holy or xinmin.
