Hi silverhorse,RRMummy,
Its gonna be, but at least they decided to take in only 20 PVs to avoid further disappointment. As for my colleague, she's very worried and thinking hard about her next choice of school.
Sorry I missed your earlier posts. Good luck to your colleague..can understand her agony..silverhorse:
Yup, mine is in P1. They have SA2 but called Semester Review 2. Similar format only in parts as stated in my earlier post.RRMummy,
Your child is in P1 right? I think theirs is the holistic assessment but I do wonder why they are having SA2? I always think that schools who are doing holistic assessments will have SA2 or final yr exams in last term of Primary 2...silverhorse:
:thankyou: yup all must jia you!I think you gotta work hard to revise with her. Jia you !

Hi RRMummy, I had those multicolored papers... I dun have last year paper for comparison....but for Chinese, there is a 5 sentence picture composition to be tested on this Friday... I was wrong about the format earlier on, so sorry...
Hi gaagaa, no problem on the format.. thanks for loaning the multicoloured papers for zapping
:thankyou: -
Sotong1209:
Thanks for responding Sotong1209.Hello RRMummy,
Ya I had those multi coloured paper booklet. It was given during the orientation early this year.
By the way for the 5 sentence picture composition, I wonder whether if the kids do not know how to write the Han(4)Zi(4), can they replace with Hanyupinyin ah?
Unfortunately, for whatever reason, it was not in my DDs Orientation bag.. so now I finally know how much I was in the dark for almost the whole year.. :gloomy: -

Agree.. lacking in few ways..silverhorse:
All parents, what do you think of RLPS website? I think its not really updated and honestly, I do not like its design. Some other schools' websites provides up to date information... I think RLPS can improve on the website info and design.
Agree. Already feedback during PMT day. Still no improvement....
hmm...i seem to remember ttyh commenting about this 2 years ago. i think there was a change made this year or last? ....but i suppose there is always room for improvement...
ok...found it...ttyh:
Rulang website? Sad to say but Rulang has got the sloppiest website...
If I recalled correctly, around 3rd or 4th term before year-end exam in p3, the kids will sit for this selection test on a saturday. The date will be known in some websites ie it is not a surprise test. This is the first round. If the kid passes, then he/she goes into the 2nd round.starlight1968sg:
[quote=\"ttyh\"]Hi, so the GEP selection was at P4? Can share your experience?
Thanks
In Rulang website, it has info on number of pupils selected for GEP.
Outdated....

I wrote in to give my feedback to Mrs Lim and she replied 2 weeks ago that she'll review it. Well, I logged in today and yes, there are some small changes... the SA2 schedule is out there.silverhorse:
