Hi, from what I had read from the previous post in 2015 in this trend, usually balloting in phase 2c is only for those staying < 1km have chance.
Those more den that dun even need to think.
Unless u are at phase1-2b. -
Hi everyone. I read thet some parents have mentioned of transferring their children to Rulang pri either in p3 or p4. Can I check on what basis is the transfer allowed and carried out? Appreciate if someone can kindly share. Thanks in advance!

I know the Robotics of CCA in Rulang is very good.

Unless you are applying in Phase 2A1 / 2A2 or 2B, you would not stand a chance for > 1km in Phase 2C. Ballot for 2C happens for those < 1km every year.
