My son just joins not too long ago, thus he just passed his white belt recently. Now he's under white-yellow.

I am at Lorong G...how about you? 😎
Ah... my boy joined this March and has just passed his yellow belt. πŸ™‚

I am at Lengkong Tiga - walking distance from the CC.

I think for my case, it may not be as easy to plan for enrichment classes for him cos I am working full time. I don't hv a maid and my MIL doesnt really dare to venture outside our place so I can practically only send him to classes when I can ferry him myself, which is typically the weekend.

I definitely wld like to reserve weekend for him as his \"official rest days\" when he enters P1 next year so I am also not sure what I can do with his free time during the weekdays.

BTW, any info abt the Berries at the Kembangan CC? Had once wanted to find out more from them but they are not particularly responsive when I emailed them so I gave up... πŸ™‚

I have never checked out Berries.

However if Berries is a convenient location, you may want to give it a try cos it's definitely better than not doing anything at all. Maybe they are good afterall? πŸ˜‰

I understand it organises interesting holiday programmes. You may want to keep a lookout for it near the year-end holidays.

I have never checked out Berries. My friends told me Berries, similar to Tien Hsia, is good for only for preschoolers. It is not equipped for primary levels and above. Not sure how true this is. Thus I am not taking any chances. I opted for Molin at Katong since the referral is good.

Ya I have also read a lot of good reviews about Molin at Katong but have yet to check it out. Do they have a website of something?

Wld also keep a look out for the Berries holiday programme too. Thx πŸ™‚

3bagsfull: haha we are neighbours...Actually I am working FT too, and squeeze him into the weekdays classes as my son is attending a church kindergarten rather than childcare.

My son is attending berries since he was 4, i would say that lays a very good foundation for his chinese..he is very strong in his reading w/o hanyu pinyin and also writing, they also introduce cheng yu to the kids which they believes that it adds to their library for composition much later. And it helps as stime i hear my son saying to my mum ..ah ma ζˆ‘ζ±—ζ΅ε€ΉθƒŒ. It might be worth to just give them a call and you may speak to either Florence or Chen θ€εΈˆ to find out more..I know they do have some courses for kids going to P1 next year πŸ˜‰ For chinese beyond K2..I heard a lot on Molin too but have yet to find out more, i know a lot of kids from Tao nan, Maha Bodhi are there..
