New Town Primary

Hi winth,
I also let the boys wear PE attire for whole day. In the handbook though, it did mention that the students have to change to uniform after PE during recess.
I made some enquiries with my neighbours whose children are in P3, they said that they let them wear PE attire. They find it a hassle to change into uniform and their children even wear somebody’s uniform home. So they just heck care about the rule.
My ds in another school wears her PE attire under the pinafore. So I thinks its ok to wear PE attire to school. -
Hi,
Do you know when chinese spelling will be changed to 漢字聽寫?
It’s getting very frustrating trying to teach DS1 漢語拼音 and English Spelling. It gets very confusing for boy, plus i’m not so much into 拼音.
Does it revert back to the traditional chinese words by end of this year??? -

Boy now wears PE attire throughout school, for 3 consecutive days a week. (sigh... shouldn't have bought 3 sets of uniforms) -
many schools do allow the students to be in PE uniform for the whole day, as long as it is PE day, even morning assembly in PE uniform. What is wrong ? It is still uniform.
should petition the school principal to be more pragmatic
but of course the PE uniform are presentable, eg collared T-shirt with school name and can be in the house colours, and tucked into the PE short, which has zipped pockets etc -
If there is anybody who know new town best, its me ( I am from new town but I change school and went into nan hua ) Cheifkiasu, do you think it is still all right for me to post here??? :? :?

Oh hi xxjustakidxx, I know you and you know me too. ( I can't say my real name so I will just tell you something you know about me. I am in new town last year and now in nan hua.) -
Hi quickmind,
My boy is in P1.
The teachers there don’t seem to have given us (parents) their email address. Is it not a practice to at least let the parents have their emails so that we can make enquiries?
My boy was just punched in his lips yesterday during his PE, and that stupid boy is sitting right beside him in class. He keeps complaining that this boy loves to nudge and talk to him. Worse still, copy his work. I wrote something in the Student’s Handbook to request for a change of seats. I’ve seen this boy during DS1’s first day of school and his behaviour is like a potential bully. The rest of the class were timid during their first day, but this student was already yakking away with his other neighbour. -

Hi winth,
There is no email addresses on NTP's website. You may want to leave a note in yr son's handbook for him to pass to his form teacher tomorrow, or call the General office to leave yr contact number so the teacher can call you when she's available. -

My brother is also in primary 1. He is in caring 5. There is also a boy in his class who attacked him a couple of times. Something tells me that we are talking about the same person.( He punched every boy in class before )
I need more description to confirm whether we are talking about the same person :scared: :scared: :nunchuk: :nunchuk: -

Mine is Caring 3. Should be different boy.
He's a non-Chinese though.
I have wrote and folded the page I wrote on the Student's Handbook just to make sure the teacher sees and reads it. But till now, like a week already, it remains unread and the page remains unfolded.
And the thing is: the student handbook is so clean and untouched. There were only 3 columns on that handbook that was written to tell us about upcoming test. Other than that, no other form of communication. It's getting into my nerves and I'm thinking of emailing straight to the principal's office, cos till now, no one wants to give me that form teacher's email address.
