I m not a member but I heard there r events/ outings that members r invited/helpout so will get to know sch better. More details during orientation.

It also gives out 5 yrs service award to volunteers & the ceremony is during ur p6 kid's graduation ceremony, so u will get to share e event, as usually only parents of award winners r invited.

You don't have to be active to join PSG. You can go to NCPS website to find out more or sign up. Currently, they are looking for volunteer to help up in the coming Children's Day fun fair. You can volunteer in library duties, road safety etc. It all depends on your interest & how much time you can spare. I used to help up in the library when my son had supplementary classes.

DS is interested in both Badminton and Basketball. Wonder can he takes 2?

Is he good at both sports? Especially for badminton, the school will select the better players or those who have potential to join the school team. Most CCA is on Wed & your son is unable to join both if they are the same timing. There will be a lot of training for sport & he will have less time to complete his homework. It is Ok to join 2 CCA, preferably not both sports.

He is joining the badminton classes with the school Alumni now and very interested in it. Should be able to get selected for school team for badminton.

For basketball, he seem interested but so far no exposure to it.

Hi, I would like to have 2012 P3 booklist for reference. If anyone has the softcopy, kindly let me know so I can PM you my email. Is P3 booklist same for all P3 classes or there is differences after the "streaming"? Tks.

I hv a hardcopy but can take a pix? But not sure how clear it will b. Can only try my best. PM me if u can't find better option?

There is slight difference in English n maths assessment books required by sch after streaming. Think 1st few wks, teachers will still add on a few more assessment bks.
Made me feel like ds is at a tuition centre instead. Ha...

Just go to the Hougang bus terminal counter to get a replacement. Can't be done at Sengakang bus terminal. Your will need to pay a replacement fee. Balance amount in the card will be refund to you in a week time.
