Yes, Balloting has been happening for 1km - 2km for the last few years.

From past data, its always >2km that has to ballot. This year is no exception.

If i didnt’ get it wrong, for Maris Stella is:

Below 1km = 13
1km-2km = 23
More than 2km = 27 (include 3 PR)

So gonna call school tomorrow if need to ballot for SC more than 2km.

I called this morning, no answer.

I was there yest. No need to ballot for SC beyond 2km… there were 24 SC and 3 PR. and the 24 SC filled up the 60 spaces exactly.
