Erm, if the gals are gonna have their gym lesson in the hall, will the parents briefing this Friday still be in the hall? I definitely won't mind though I doubt so.. Can see what they do...

Oh yeah, forgot we have the parents' briefing on that day too. Then the gym gals will have to go somewhere else. Only the hall can accomodate all the P1/P2 parents so parents' briefing will be in the hall. If the FT's briefing in your DD's class finish early, you can go :peekaboo: at your DD.

Stated on letter, starts at 10.30am-12pm.. So I wonder how they r gonna eat lunch... Thinking of stuffing her for brekkie... ๐Ÿ˜‰ ๐Ÿ˜‰ ๐Ÿ˜‰

They'll have time to eat. Sch starts slightly later (about 12.30) on Wednesday due to teachers' contact time. ๐Ÿ˜„

          Hi Tinkerbelle,

Looks like other than Speech & Drama, Art & Dance club R all so popular. Mind if I ask what is not popular & Y? :? :?
Actually, all CCAs have their own merits and have many members joining. For the lower pri, CCA is 'limited' in comparison to the upper pri therefore, choices are also limited. Many tend to choose dance, Gym, S&D and art. Tennis and netball is probably not as 'hot' a CCA for the lower pri because they are outdoor activities and parents do not want their DDs to be hot, sweaty & sticky for lessons in the afternoon.

Once your DD gets to P3, there'll be more CCAs available, including choir, Infocomm Club, Chinese Dance, Modern Dance. ๐Ÿ˜„

My DD is also in GSSC.
Yes, we are also briefed as above.
However, last week She copied down in her communication book to buy a 'Science Journal' book. It is around A5, from Sch bookshop and less than $2. There is a 'Parents' signature' chop beside what she wrote, so we went to get it. Bookshop Aunty told us she is not sure but brought out one A5 size exercise book which costs $0.90.

A5???? My DD wrote down A4 leh. Anyway, we brought the A4 one. Hee....

Yes! You are right. It's A4. I double checked her communication book.

My girl is from P1 repect. Today she brought the English Homework - family tree. :x But this blur girl forgot how to finish the work. Any mummy

knows how to finish it? need to draw or writing the name?

                  Hi viviwy,
Just about to ask the rest of the mummies here abt the homework too. My girl told me that we need ..oops I mean she need to paste individual photo of grandparents, parents and sibling on the family tree, no need cousins.

I asked when she's suppose to hand in ...she said anytime when its done???? Need help from the other mummies!

My DD brought back this family tree homework last week, handed in the next day.
We looked through the photos (in computer), she choose and we print.
Our printer ran out of colours, so in black and white.

She cut, pasted and labelled who is who.
                  Hope this helps.
