The deadline to submit the application form and payment for the car labels and collect them on Orientation Day is 4 Nov but we just received the documents on 8 Nov?!?!?

phoenix, I was just grumbling to my hubby about that… anyway, I sent the form off today, hopefully can get the decal on orientation day. Think the admin didn’t count the dates properly…

well… I call them up and they as me to make a trip down just do to payment of the car park when I receive my letter on the 4th November. Quite silly…

Then I should call them up to say I only received my letter on nov 8! So definitely could not have made it by nov 4 even if I wanted to make a trip down :slapshead:

Administrative hiccups?? The letters were dated Oct! Anyway, I’m gonna just send in a cheque with a note to say I received the letter after the deadline. Gonna avoid calling cos will most probably ask me to make a trip down

Gorilla, looks like a lack of admin man power? The letters were dated Oct 28, which means they took a week to put them into envelopes for mailing :frustrated:
