Hi, can anybody advise me ?
My hubby wanted my DS to study in his alma mater but I find the school is too far >6km. I do not want my son to spend a long time travelling on the road (most prob school bus). We are staying <1km St Hildas and 1-2km Gong Shang Pri. I find both schools are good. However knowing from past yr results that balloting is required for SH and GS for distance <1km, I am in a dilemma on what to do. Does anybody’s child has to travel far for school and finds that it is manageable?
Thanks! -
anyone need feedback on Poi Ching primary ?
here it is:-

Are u aware that St. Hilda's are now at their holding site in Upper Changi Rd and will be there till end 2014? If ur child is due to start P1 next year, this may be a concern too.
From my exp, ur child will take about 1 hr (one way) to travel to/fro school by school bus if home-school distance is ~ 6 km. Quite tiring for child ESP if in the morning session.... -
Hi,
May i know between Chong Zheng Primary and Yumin Primary, which is better?
I have heard people telling me Yumin is better than Chong Zheng, but my aunty told me Chong Zheng is better.
Appreciate someone to address my doubts.
Thanks in advance.
Evelyn
