      And I love bread too...how did u stop your craving?I may not need rice or noodles or pasta but if i don't eat my bread...my day is incomplete:)
      I had cravings the first 3 days. I don't have them anymore. I guess the same thing that happened to bean bear also happened to me... I took no simple sugars and so my body changed to no longer crave them. Dun ask me how though... I now can stare down a peanut butter sandwich quite easily.

          Lucky I am over the carb cravings by now. Haha! I hope you enjoyed all those carbs. Do you feel sleepy now with the insulin spike that tells the cells to absorb the sugars and store as fat? šŸ˜„

                  Ok! Sure! No breakfast. No lunch. Plenty of water throughout the day... some black tea with no sugar and no milk.

                  For dinner, 6 heaped tablespoons of stir fried veggies (ranging from carrots to calabashes to broccoli ... mushrooms... anything I was able to buy) or salad (avocado, tomato...). 3 heaped table spoons of protein (fish, prawns, beef).

                  One cappuccino with 1 teaspoon of unrefined sugar. 1 fruit (mango, pear, apple).

                  Absolutely NO rice/spaghetti or bread... but I looooove bread. 😢

                  Only following this diet plan loosely (modified to suit myself) although strictly no rice/porridge for me.

                  Been on this diet since September, its quite easy to sustain, after modification. Can eat almost any food I like. And I became health conscious than before, eating more whole grains.

                  The biggest challenge with any diet plan is sustainability, need to be able to keep to that diet on regular basis.

                    I can recognise the packaging. not that much of a cheese lover but definitely love their cranberry loaf. :drool:
