this year at end of Phase 2C, for White Sands primary :-

come next year July 2013 P1 registration -
now that Henry Park (GEP school) become White Sands new Principal to steer a new vision, leadership & direction, will Pasir Ris parents rush to enrol their 2014 P1 kids there, follow the star, heat up the school ? The reputation of White Sands primary will shoot up !
