Ski holiday

Planning to try Whistler the next time if my #3 can take that kind of long flight
Otherwise, am told that Niseko has the best powdery snow.
The other place that we have enjoyed is Courchevel 1850, but a bit too ex. -

Try Zematt, we went last year and it was really good. But you have to book early cos the ski resorts get filled up pretty fast. Its v popular and the view of the Matterhorn is really awesome!
The interesting thing about Zermatt is that you can actually ski there in June! I wanted to let DD ski for a day when we were there but DH not keen. -

Try Sydney or Melbourne’s ski fields. Not too bad. Or try Alpensia in Korea. It is Korea’s venue to host a winter Olympic so it is nice. Not sure if they won the bid though.

New Zealand. There’s Mt Ruapehu/Turoa in the North Island or The Remarkables, Coronet Peak and Treble Cone around the Queenstown/Wanaka areas. Beautiful and really good skiing. But winter’s in June.
