      apply oil on tummy and rest. it will kick-start the panadol faster.

          Mine: vege Pau and hot milo

          DH: char siew Pau and milo cereal with milk + coffee
          DS: chicken Pau + fresh milk

          Packed some nuts for DH and DS as their afternoon snack.

            Woke up this morning and all :rahrah: about my chee cheong fun/yamcake and kopi and mood was almost spoilt :gloomy: when it started drizzling!


            Still....nothing is gonna stop me :nunchuk: !!

                      My 6m breakfast - the boring butter loaf + MILO with instant oatmeal.


                      I read that eating oatmeal will fill the stomach and starve off hunger for a longer period of time. But this did not work for me leh. Already feeling stomach empty at 8.30am. I have not even started any housework 🤷

                      How to maintain low calories diet like this?

                        Good girl, listen we aunties, don't drink cold drinks b4 or during menses.

                        I mean, *touchwood* i hv never had any menses cramp b4,coz i don't drink cold drink at all. But I do feel tired b4 or during menses.

                        Sometx,even feel tired during ovulation. I hate ovulation, hv to put on panty liner coz i can't stand the sticky discharge
