Anyone’s child is in K1 or K2 at Eager Beaver? What do they learn? Any spelling, hypy, reader’s program, etc…? Anyone whose child attended Kindergarten there and how are they coping in P1? Want to find out if the child care prepares children well for P1.

hihi! I have just paid deposit last saturday to enrol my boy to their playgroup at the yishun branch. I simply love that place.

firstly, its very huge and well organized. they have about 20 teachers in total, i can see a variety of activities and craftworks nicely displayed by the kids. playgroup itself have 4 classes and its 1:8 ratio with an assistant teacher that will assist when its meal/outdoor/bathing time. individual portable cot for each child, no blanket needed to minimize passing of germs. aircon is only turned on during nap time.

secondly, there is a neighbourhood outdoor playground beside the building, which is about 5mins walk under blk, if bad weather :gloomy: , they have indoor gym.

thirdly, as for HFMD, they only have one case of it for the whole 2014.

also, they have a very interesting menu, 3 meals a day. everyday different food, expose child to different kind of flavour and texture.

current sch fee is $980 before subsidy.

during the 1st orientation tour, my son already dun wanna leave the place. -.-\" 2nd visit when making deposit, he alr feeling comfortable and climbing up their sofa, sending flying kisses to the teachers.

kids are the best evidence whether they like the place or not, and also the 1st interaction i get to see between the teacher and my son. :imcool:
