Oh I see, Rissen you mean? Oh that reminds me, I was supposed to get a glass chopping board but I keep forgetting. Rissen is a little far for me. Wonder if PH sells them, and if it's as nice as those that all of you have bought.Happy Mama:
Which shop in Bedok? Either I have missed it, or I may have forgotten after reading it. Age is catching up.

Autumnbronze went to Bedok today and she bought not one but two of the glass chopping board that I recommended. She bought both sizes, in both designs bought by schweppes and Augmum the other day! Also bought a cute mini pestle and mortar, I think.

I think the cute mini pestle and motar is very useful for pounding biscuits/crackers when making cheese cake... :drool:Happy Mama:

Yes, Rissen.
No, PH does not sell the glass chopping boards. How about we go there for a cup of kopi one a day after CNY? Would that serve as a good motivation to drive all the way to Bedok for the glass chopping board? -

But I didn't even have to use the pestle and mortar when I baked my cheescake the oher day!

No need mortar and pestle for cheesecake base. Just place digestives in zip lock and pound.Happy Mama:

Hmm .... yum yum .... now  But must find out when Rissen resumes business after CNY. I am sure you don't want to make a wasted trip there, right? -
