West Spring Primary

Dear Parents and Guardians,
West Spring has been over-subscribed at Phase 2C of the P1 Registration Exercise 2016.
:thankyou: very much to all parent supporters for believing in us and entrusting your children to us.
For the 4th consecutive year since our first P1 registration in 2013, we've been the most popular school in the Bukit Panjang area at Phase 2C.
:thankyou: also to our Parent Support Group members and Parent Volunteers who came forward to help the admin staff during the registration as well. :grphug:
We look forward to your continued support at West Spring Primary School. :boogie: :imcool:

Dear all,
I’m so proud to have my child & myself as members of this fantastic West Spring family !
I heard that once again there’re a number of educators like me who have placed their children @ West Spring ! My neighbours are all excitedly talking about West Spring too !
Congratulations to all at West Spring for being so popular !
I’m sure there’re going to be many parents attending the National Day celebrations @ West Spring.I can’t attend as I’m teaching & have my own school’s celebrations.I heard that over 200 parents attended the recent Racial Harmony @ West Spring.Even my own school & many others don’t open doors to parents for so many school events.
There’re so many great things @ West Spring !
Good job ! -

Hi!
My son will be registering for pri 1 next year in 2017 for 2018 enrollment. We stay between 1-2KM of West Spring.
We are very interested in the programmes and teaching methods as these are something that strikes a chord with us. Is West Spring taking in any volunteers for next year registration?
Thank you! -

RE: Parent Volunteer Programme for child to be registered for admission to P1 in 2018.
We thank you for your interest in Parent Volunteer (PV) Programme 2016 at West Spring Primary School. However, the PV application has been closed already as parents have to join the primary school as a parent volunteer not later than 1 July 2016 for parents whose child (Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident born in year 2011) and is joining primary school in year 2018 (Primary 1 registration in 2017) and is keen on our 40-hour Parent Volunteer Programme (for Phase 2B Registration).
You may contact me, Mdm Noor at 6314 4192 for further clarification with regard to 2017 Primary One Registration Exercise at Phase 2C.
We look forward to welcome you and your child to our West Spring Primary family in 2018!

Dear our potential parents for P1 Registration Exercise 2017,
RE: Parent Volunteer Programme for child to be registered for admission to P1 in 2018.
We continue receiving phone calls and walk-in parents enquire on the Parent Volunteer (PV) Programme 2016 at West Spring Primary School. Hi
I and my wife have been thinking WEST SPRING Primary school is our 1st choice for our son and yesterday we received notification that our son has successfully enrolled and will start school next year. Hurray :rahrah:
Here come another dilemma as we heard from school staff the student care registration is on Sept and it will based on \"criteria\" before you can be enrol in. As I and my wife are working, it seen that student care is our only option. However, there is a possibility that we may not be able to enrol for Proteach student care since the past few years the intake was for 2 classes only. As 2017 intake is 240, 2 classes work out to be 60 students.
Of course it will be better for my son to stay within school compounds for student care. I am wondering should I proceed to go find and book a student care center now or wait for Sept? I called the Proteach and the staff is unable to give a clearer picture on the criterias. Can the volunteers or anyone already in West Spring can give a better picture on how the management \"criteria\" like for the Student Care (Proteach)? -
Hi, FYI west spring primary’s student care is not under Pro-teach already.
It is currently under Nascans and i heard they did increase the numbers for the intake.
