My boy is not pre selected for any sport or performing art & he is not keen in UG. Just wonder whether the school allow him to join 2 clubs. My boy was told that it is possible to get 2 points just by joining robotic club.
-
Yes, the school will definitely allow a student to join 2 CCAs (subject to availability of time slots) and this can indeed provide a healthy boost to the CCA LEAPS points. Robotics Club is considered a secondary CCA and not a core CCA (compulsory), hence, it has to be undertaken alongside a core CCA from the branches of aesthetics, sports or uniformed groups.

How many in each class? My son in 1.9 said his class has 35 students. Is it the same across all IP classes?
I suppose the class allocation is random? -

My elder boy in another IP school, there's only 25 students each class.
