I just filled up my DD choices ... she SMS last minutes to friends for choice between two schools... now Q... this can be changed by tomorrow 3 PM ? ... I understand that there is provision to change once... so how does it work? Just log-on & chnage or what

What time are secondary school sessions normally start in the morning? Can’t find on their web sites like Crescent and Nan Hua.
