Zann:
Someone mentioned in the thread that MOE has a list of Sec schools which offer SBGE for the GEPers and understand CHS and SJI are in the list. Questions here is for the GEPers who are unsuccessful in getting an offer to RI, HCI, NUSH, DHS, RGS, NYHS. Does MOE post them to MGS, CHS and SJI ? If not, is it neccessary for GEPers seek DSA to these two schools as backup?
I think unless the kid doesn't mind going to CHS and SJI, then no point to do that lor...
firstly...not performly very well in gep curriculum doesn't mean he will not perform during psle. Those kids who went for dsa and have confirmed letter or waiting list offer will have to choose which school they want prior to psle. Supposingly, he put CHS as one of his chose and got in, and his psle result enable him to choose better school then it would be troublesome lor...
Hope I did not confuse u..

Well it is not difficult .Just that the personal statement of 300 words rule must be adhered to. DS wrote over 400 words and have to edit and edit online to restrain to the rule, bearing in mind there is kind of time-watch in place , in case get thrown out by taking too long time at editing it. A little challenging there only lah :)[/quote]you can draft it on your MS Word and edit all you want to not exceed 300 words; and after login to the DSA application system, then copy it in, no worry about being log out from the system. Not as bad as this ksp leh...kept being log out many times today
Only need to submit online, don't even need to send in any documents - so difficult to submit, ah? hehe.phankao:

Keep cool. Should be no problem one.
We all putting RI out of our mind for the moment, concentrating on the selection test for NUSH this Sat.
Haven't submitted the DSA application for NJC yet. Really taking out time since closing is on 27/6/11. -

May I know where do you get the information from? I was checking out both SJI and MGS websites but they are not specific on their running the SBGE programme leh? Actually I am also not sure exactly what is the nature of the SBGE programme run by the 7 IP schools mentioned by MOE?
